The production process is only natural and does not involve any chemical treatment. The product is 100% natural. The brown color, the characteristic taste and the aroma of the cocoa powder are preserved. They can be used as an ingredient in confectionery and can replace cocoa powder up to 100% in a ratio of 1: 1. By using them we can increase fiber levels and reduce carbohydrate intake. Cocoa fiber can be considered an excellent source of mainly insoluble dietary fiber.
