This is a butter with a pleasant aroma of chocolate, which comes from the processing of the seeds of the plant Theobroma cacao, known in Greece as cocoa tree. Cocoa butter has not been processed at high temperature, thus maintaining its nutritional properties. Ideal as an ingredient for making chocolate, as well as in confectionery.
